      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Osaühing Edel (edaspidi nimetatud “Osaühing) on registreeritud Lääne-Viru Maakohtu registriosakonnas 18.12.2000.a.

      Osaühingu põhitegevusaladeks olid algselt loomakasvatuse abitegevused, teenuseid osutati Soome

      Vabariigis. 2014.aastal alustati püsilillede istikukasvatuse ja taimede müügitegevusega. Loodi flokside ja pojengide kollektsioonaed. 2023.a. alustati endale kuuluva kinnisvara arendamisega edasise müügi eesmärgil.

      2024.aastal jätkus ettevõtte traditsiooniline majandustegevus, peamiseks tegevusalaks oli püsilillede ja taimede paljundamine ja jaemüük.

      Ettevõtte 2024.a. müügitulu oli 49 234 (2023: 47 822) eurot. Osaühingu 2024.a. kasumiks kujunes 663 (2023: 1 094) eurot.

      Osaühingu müügitulust moodustas 83% müük Eestisse, 17% Euroopa Liidu liikmesriikidesse.

      Osaühingu keskmine töötajate arv aruandeperioodil oli 1 (2023:1) töötaja. Aruandeperioodil töötas ettevõttes 0,2 koormusega üks võlaõigusliku lepingu alusel teenust osutav isik.

      2024. aastal moodustasid ettevõtte tööjõukulud 8 978 (2023: 12 025) eurot.

      OÜ Edel juhatus koosnes majandusaasta lõpu seisuga ühest liikmest.

      Ettevõtte juhatuse liikmele aruandeperioodil liikme tasu ei makstud.
