      Osaühing Almar põhikiri on kinnitatud osanike üldkoosolekul 12. jaanuar 2011.a., tegevust alustati 01.09.2000.a.

      Äriühingu ainuomanik juhatuse liige Margus Malkus.

      Osaühingu osakapital on 2556 eurot, miinimumkapital 2556 eurot ja maksimumkapital 10 224 eurot.

      Osaühingu majandusaasta algab esimesel jaanuaril ja lõppeb kolmekümmne esimesel detsembril.

      Osaühingu tegevusega ei kaasne olulisi keskkonna- ja sotsiaalseid mõjusid.

      Majandusaastal ja aruande koostamise perioodil ei ilmnenud valuutakursside , intressimäärade ja börsikursside muutumisega seonduvaid riske.

      Olulised sündmused 2025. majandusaastal:

      Almar OÜ netorealisatsioonist 100% moodustab elamute - ja mitteeluhoonete ehitus.

      Osaühingu töödemaht võrreldes eelmise aastaga suurenes: 2025.a. netorealisatsioon 1 060 936 eurot ja 2024.a. netorealisatsioon 832 227 eurot.

      Samuti suurenes töötajate arv: 2025.a. 13 töötajat ja 2024.a. 10 töötajat.

      Arengusuunad järgmisel majandusaastal:

      Põhiliseks tegevusalaks aastaks 2026.a. on planeeritud ehitustegevus. Osaleda aktiivselt ehitustööde hangetel.

      Jätkuvalt investeerida töövahenditesse ning tõsta tööefektiivsust.
