Company strategy
2022 was the second year that the company belonged to the Danish Agro group. It was also the year when the company continued to shape a new strategy based on six main elements of the machine division: customer, our promises, employees, maintenance and spare parts, suppliers and cooperation. Both the local 3-year strategy and the action plan for implementing the strategy were completed in the second half of 2022.
Organizational culture and value behaviors At the end of 2021, a project was launched to update the common organizational values and value behaviors of the Estonian companies belonging to the Danish Agro group, as a result of which the common values and value behaviors were defined by the management of the companies. During 2022, training of all managers as culture "ambassadors" took place through various workshops and the integration of values into different processes of the company. An important role in communication to all employees was the real organizational values day. In the future, it is planned to continue regularly explaining values to existing and new employees.
At Baltic Agro Machinery AS, well-being at work is based on four important areas and all employees are involved in influencing these areas: work and competence, a good work collective, management and supervision, and personal well-being.
In 2019, the company entered the Family-Friendly Employer (PTM) program and we were recognized with the Family-Friendly Employer initial label. Family and employee-friendly management is part of the company's organizational culture, because we believe that a balanced work and family life motivates to achieve greater goals.
In 2022, the implementation of the PTM action plan continued. Baltic Agro Machinery AS has been awarded the Family and Employee Friendly Employer program label at the SILVER level. The areas worth highlighting are flexible work organization and information flow in the company, where as a result of implementing the action plan, we moved from the silver level to the gold level. The program will be reassessed in the fall of 2023.
To stimulate innovation, the Idea Lab program was launched in 2020, which allows the employee to offer innovative ideas for developing the company's business activities and, if suitable, also testing the offered idea or creating a prototype.
In 2022, both the implementation of the employee satisfaction survey and the internal communication survey action plans continued and a new satisfaction and involvement survey created by the group was also conducted for all employees.

Work environment and safety
It is important for the company to ensure safe working conditions for employees, the use of safe and modern work tools, safety instruction for new employees and regular reminders of safety instructions for long-term employees, practical exercises (firefighting, slinging, etc.). There is no direct threat to the health of our employees in our activities, but there is still a risk of accidents. In 2022, there were 2 accidents. The main focus in 2022 was on workplace risk assessments and their updating, in addition to internal control of the work environment and updating of safety instructions.
