      EstNor OÜ asutati 2000. aastal. Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on puidust element- ja moodulmajade tootmine, peamisteks klientideks on kinnisvaraarendajad ja ehitusettevõtted. Ettevõtte majatehas ja kontor asuvad Kiili vallas, Harjumaal.

      EstNor OÜ-l on alates 25.10.2022 Norras tütarettevõte EstNor Bygg AS (osalus 100%).

      Äritegevuse ülevaade 2024. aastal oli EstNor OÜ müügitulu 6 250 680 eurot (2023: 3 348 133 eurot), ärikasum 816 083 eurot (2023: 126 226 eurot) ja puhaskasum 114 210 eurot (2023: 793 135 eurot).

      Aasta 2024 oli EstNor OÜ jaoks kokkuvõttes hea, ehkki võrreldes möödunud aruandeperioodiga müügitulu kahanes. Ettevõte jäi kasumisse ning arvestades ehitussektori ja ekspordi keerulist olukorda, võib tulemusega rahile jääda.

      Kokku projekteeriti, toodeti ja püstitati 17 hoonet (2023: 14 hoonet), millest 2 (2023: 5) olid fassaadielemendid korterelamutele.

      Kuna eksporditurud olid madalseisus, siis keskenduti suuresti Eesti riiklike hangete projektidele. EstNor allkirjastas 2024.a. Nordecon AS-iga

      Loodusmaja (Eesti suurim puithoone) kolme hoone fassaadi- ja katuseelementide lepingu, mis hõlmab projekteerimist, toomist ja paigaldust.

      Projektiga tehti algust 2024 ja lõpetatakse 2025. aasta suvel.

      Lisaks sõlmis EstNor peatöövõtulepingu Tallinna Linnavaraametiga Stroomi rannahoone ehituseks, olles projektis nii tootja kui ka peatöövõtja rollis. Moodulitest ja elementidest kombineeritud hoone tootmist alustati 2024.a aasta lõpus ja paigaldus toimub 2025 kevad-suvel.

      Skandinaavia turu madalseisust hoolimata õnnestus EstNoril 2024. aastal eksportida mõned hooned ka Norra.

      Üldiselt oli aga ekspordi maht eelnevate aastatega võrreldes märgatavalt väiksem.

      Aastal 2024 eksporditi 20,48 % toodangust (2023: 40,75 %).

      Ka EstNor OÜ Norra tütarettevõte Estnor Bygg AS jätkas aruandeaastal tööd, pakkudes sealsel turul ehitus- ja paigaldusteenuseid.
