      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Sissejuhatus 2025. aastal taastus Multi Metall osaühingu äritegevus osaliselt. Ettevõte teenis müügitulu ning jätkas olemasolevate varude haldamist ja tegevuse ettevalmistamist edasiseks arenguks.

      Majandusaastal ja aruande koostamise perioodil ei avaldanud valuutakursside, intressimäärade ega börsikursside muutused ettevõtte tegevusele olulist mõju. Samuti puuduvad ettevõttel olulised neid riske kandvad varad ja kohustised.

      Juhatus kinnitab, et ettevõte on jätkuvalt tegutsev ning juhtkonnale ei ole teada asjaolusid, mis seaksid ohtu ettevõtte tegevuse jätkuvuse vähemalt 12 kuu jooksul pärast aruandekuupäeva.

      Personal 2025. aastal ettevõttel töötajaid ei olnud (2024: puudusid). Ettevõtte juhatus koosnes ühest liikmest. Juhatuse liikmele aruandeaastal tasu ei makstud.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2025. aastal oli ettevõtte müügitulu 2 896 eurot (2024: 0 eurot). Mitmesugused tegevuskulud olid 584 eurot (2024: 526 eurot). Ettevõte lõpetas majandusaasta kahjumiga summas 36 eurot (2024: 1 549 eurot).

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      Ettevõtte eesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal on äritegevuse jätkamine ja müügitulu kasvatamine olemasolevate tegevusvaldkondade arendamise kaudu.
