      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      OÜ Novatek Holding on rendib ruume asukohaga Dunkri 5, Tallinn. Rendiruume kasutatakse lahjade alkoholseete jookide tootmiseks s.h õlle tootmiseks. Tootmisseadmed soetati erinevate liisinglepingute ja järelmaksulepingute alusel läbi Swedbank AS-i. Ettevõte jätkab igapäevast äritegevust, milleks on õlle tootmine ja selle müük. Aruandeperioodil arvestati palkadeks kokku 64717€. Keskmine töötajate arv ettevõttes oli 2 inimene. OÜ Novatek Holding 2021 a. alguses peatas enda tegevust seoses pandeemiaga ja alustas uuesti tegevus juuni 2021.

      Juhatusele ja nõukogu liikmetele töötasu jm tasusi ei arvestatud. 2023. majandusaasta lõpetati kahjumiga.
