Quality is a key indicator of our company’s competitiveness and a guarantee of the overall well-being of the company and every employee.

Viru RMT's main goal is to strengthen and expand its market position, while maintaining the trust of customers in the company as a supplier of high-quality services and products. This goal will be achieved by developing and implementing a quality management system based on the international standard ISO 9001:2008.

To achieve this goal, we aim to:

  • Continuously learn about the expectations and needs of consumers and respond to them quickly, using the entire company and the potential of each employee.
  • Actively involve business partners to find the optimal solution to the tasks set by the consumer, building relationships based on mutually beneficial cooperation and trust.
  • Strictly follow the norms and provisions of the Estonian Republic's legislation governing the company’s activities and the principles of business ethics.
  • Recognize employees’ contributions to the company’s overall achievements and create favorable conditions for each employee’s work and professional development.

Understanding and fulfilling the provisions of this Policy is the responsibility and honor of all employees of the company.

The management of Viru RMT commits to following this Policy and ensuring the necessary resources and conditions for its implementation by all employees.

Viru RMT Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Improving workplace safety and occupational health is a primary and ongoing priority, which must be achieved by implementing and maintaining an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the OHSAS 18001:2007 requirements and the principles of sustainable development.

The management, recognizing its responsibility to stakeholders, takes on the following commitments:

  • Comply with the occupational safety and health legislation and regulatory requirements of the Republic of Estonia.
  • Systematically review all activities according to OHSAS 18001:2007 and the integrated management system requirements.
  • Strive to increase workplace safety in all activities and processes throughout their lifecycle, applying the best technology and principles for preventing accidents, incidents, and non-compliances.
  • Continuously improve employees' knowledge and responsibility levels and teach them occupational safety and health methods.
  • Contribute to open dialogue with employees and stakeholders regarding the company's occupational safety and health activities.

The management of Viru RMT is responsible for the implementation of this policy, the establishment of health protection and workplace safety goals, and continuously striving to achieve them.
