      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Mikrolabor on registreeritud Tallinna Linnakohtu registriosakonnas 25.06.2001.aastal.

      Ettevõtte peamiseks tegevusvaldkonnaks on meditsiiniasutustele mikroorganismide määramiseks diagnostikumi valmissöötmete tootmine.

      Kõrvaltegevuseks on toote komponentide vahendamine, steriilse defibrineeritud vere tootmine.

      Ettevõte tegutseb Eesti piires. Sihtgrupiks on meditsiiniasutused (laboratooriumid), tervisekaitse inspektsioonid, veterinaar-, toidu- ja tööstuslaborid, õppe- ja teadusasutused.

      Ettevõttes on välja töötatud toode - valmissöötmed mikroorganismide määramiseks. Seda toodet kasutavad juba nüüd praktiliselt kõik Eesti haiglad.

      2024.majandusaasta oli keskmine. Müüdi kaupa 222,6 tuhande euro eest. Ettevõtte 100% müügitulu tuli Eestist. Aruandeaasta kahjumiks kujunes -16 tuhat eurot.

      2025.aastal jätkab ettevõte tegevust samal alal ja plaanitakse soetada juurde aparatuuri ning jätkatakse tootmislaboratooriumi remondiga.

      2024.aastal oli osaühingus palgal kolm töötajat, tööjõukulud olid 80,7 tuhat eurot. Juhatuse liikmele juhatuse liikme tasu ei makstud ja muid erisoodustusi ei tehtud.
