      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      2025 a oli OÜ BAV Engineeringu kahekümne neljas tegevusaasta. Käibelt oli see BAV Engineeringule pisut parem kui eelmine aasta. Aasta käive oli eelmisest aastast suurem 552 517 EUR. Hoidsime palgad ja tegevuskud madalad. Tänu nendele meetmetele ja suurenenud käibele jõudsime jälle kasumisse. Kasum oli õige pisike - ainult 476 EUR, aga ikkagi plussis.

      Saime ühe suurema tellimuse Enplant Engineeringult ja tavalise hulga tagavaraosade tellimusi. Järgmine aasta peaks parem tulema. Suure tõenäosusega saame ühe suurema projekti Ameerika firma TSI Incorporation poolt.

      2025 a. põhiülesannete täitmine: 1. Jõudsime lõpuks kasumisse.

      2. Jätkasime koostööd Sigma Thermal Inc - ga USA-st. Lõime suhted uue USA firmaga TSi Incorporation.

      3. Jätkasime koostööd Eesti firmadega Alas-Kuul, Varson, PMT 4. Projekteerimise tunnihinna tõstsime tasemele 60 EUR/tund.

      5. Pikendasime ISO 9001 sertifikaati..

      6. BAV Engineeringu uuele kodulehele teeme pidevalt täiendusi..

      Põhiülesanded 2026 a.: 1.Suurendada kasumit.

      2.Jätkata koostööd USA firmadega. Saavutada leping TSi Incorporation Vägari projektile.

      3. Hoiada projekteerimise hind tasemel 60 EUR/tund.

      4.Leida uusi partnereid nii Eesti siseturul kui ka välisturgudel.

      5.Jätkata Firma reklaamimist nii sise- kui välisturgudel. Kodulehte täiendada aeg-ajalt uue ja huvitava informatsiooniga.

      6.Teha koostööd teiste Eesti insenerifirmadega uute projektide väljatöötamiseks ja proovida leida uusi insenerifirmasid, kellega koostööd teha.

      7.Jätkata BAV Engineeringu sertifitseerimist ISO 9001 raames.

      8.Otsida uusi meie toodangu valmistajaid Eestist ja mujalt Baltimaadest.
