      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      2024 a oli OÜ BAV Engineering kahekümne kolmas tegevusaasta. Käibelt oli see BAV Engineeringule jälle halb aasta. Aasta käive oli eelmisest aastast pisut suurem 361 295 EUR. Vähendasime palgakulusid 18 541 EUR võrra ja tegevuskulusid 31 092 Eur võrra. Aasta lõppes ikkagi 2 265

      EUR suuruse kahjumiga.

      Lootsime saada edasilükatud Läti projekti, mis jäi aga tulemata. Oma osa oli ka üldises majandusseisakus, kus suuremad projektid pandi ootele ja investeeringud tööstusesse samuti.

      Teist aastat järjest ei suutnud meie põhiline koostööpartner EnPlant Engineering AB ühtegi suuremat tellimust saada.

      2024 a. põhiülesannete täitmine: 1. Vähendasime oluliselt kahjumit, aga kasumisse ei jõudnud.

      2. Jätkasime koostööd Sigma Thermal Inc - ga USA-st, saime neilt ainult paar väikest tagavaraosade tellimust Projekteerimise teenust nad sel aastal ei vajanud.

      3. Jätkasime koostööd Eesti firmadega Alas-Kuul, Varson, PMT 4. Projekteerimise tunnihinna tõstsime tasemele 50 EUR/tund.

      5. Pikendasime ISO 9001 sertifikaati..

      6. BAV Engineeringu uuele kodulehele teeme pidevalt täiendusi..

      Põhiülesanded 2025 a.: 1.Proovida uuesti kasumisse jõuda kuigi majanduslangus veel kestab.

      2.Jätkata koostööd USA firmadega ja pakkuda neile ka konstrueerimise teenust.

      3. Hoiame projekteerimise hinna tasemel 50 EUR/tund.

      4.Leida uusi partnereid nii Eesti siseturul kui ka välisturgudel.

      5.Jätkata Firma reklaamimist nii sise- kui välisturgudel. Kodulehte täiendada aeg-ajalt uue ja huvitava informatsiooniga.

      6.Teha koostööd teiste Eesti insenerifirmadega uute projektide väljatöötamiseks ja proovida leida uusi insenerifirmasid, kellega koostööd teha.

      7.Jätkata BAV Engineeringu sertifitseerimist ISO 9001 raames.

      8.Otsida uusi meie toodangu valmistajaid Eestist ja mujalt Baltimaadest.

      9. Külastada Ligna puidutöötlemismessi Hannoveris.

Paneelidest valmistatud konstruktsioon on kokku monteerides  u 10 meetrit kõrge, 10 meetrit pikk ja pea 6 meetrit lai. Pildil on näha konstruktiooni proovimontaaz enne tema lõplikku viimistlust. Peale proovimontaazi sai kõik paneelid lahti võetud, viimistletud ja seejärel saadetud kliendile Austriasse.
