      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      OÜ Säästke alustas majandustegevust 2001. aastal. 2021. aasta lõpul muudeti ettevõtte nimi JABS Jõesuu OÜ. 2023. aastal likvideeriti tütarettevõte. JABS Jõesuu OÜ kuulub 100% Taani ettevõttele JABS Group A/S, mis omakorda kuulub Rootsi Inwido AB kontserni.

      Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on Pärnumaal Jõesuu külas paiknevas tootmiskompleksis täispuidust akende ja uste tootmine ning toodangu eksport peamiselt Skandinaavia turgudele.

      2025. aastal kasvas ettevõtte müügitulu 17 851 901 euroni (2024: 17 190 493 eurot), suurenedes 3,8%.

      Müügitulu kasvu toetas stabiilne nõudlus peamistel eksporditurgudel.

      Puhaskasum oli 885 092 eurot (2024: 687 791 eurot), kasvades 28,7%. Kasumi kasvu mõjutas eelkõige tootmisprotsesside efektiivsem korraldus ja kulubaasi optimeerimine.

      Ettevõtte varade maht kasvas 16 663 290 euroni (2024: 15 320 684 eurot) ning omakapital 14 023 679 euroni (2024: 13 138 587 eurot).

      Suhtarvud viitavad ettevõtte heale maksevõimele ja paranenud kasumlikkusele.

      Varasematel aastatel tehtud investeeringud tootmisseadmetesse on võimaldanud vähendada manuaalse töö osakaalu ning parandada tootmise efektiivsust. 2025. aastal suuri investeeringuid ei tehtud. Keskenduti olemasolevate protsesside optimeerimisele ja kulubaasi kohandamisele, et tagada stabiilne tegevus ja parem efektiivsus.

      2025. aastal jätkas ettevõte tootmist ja müüki ning säilitas olemasolevad turud vaatamata teravale konkurentsile. Ettevõtte põhitegevus ei ole hooajaline ega tsükliline.Ettevõte järgib oma tegevuses keskkonnahoiu põhimõtteid ning jälgib võimalikke keskkonnariske. Tähelepanu pööratakse materjalide säästlikule kasutamisele ning tootmisjääkide maksimaalsele taaskasutamisele ning grupisiseses aruandluses kaardistatakse regulaarselt keskkonnajälge ja mõju ühiskonnale.

      Aruandeaastal oli ettevõttes keskmiselt 164 töötajat (2024: 158) ning tööjõukulud moodustasid kokku 4,8 miljonit eurot (2024: 4,6 miljonit eurot).

      Juhatus koosneb kolmest liikmest.

      2026. aastal on ettevõtte strateegia muutunud: fookus on kasvu asemel kasumi suurendamisel. Ettevõte ei planeeri tegevusmahu kasvatamist, vaid keskendub kasumlikkuse parandamisele. Ettevõte on kohandanud oma kulubaasi olukorraga kohanemiseks ja ootab stabiilset 2026. aastat võrreldes 2023. ja 2024. aastaga, mida mõjutasid peamiselt 2022. aastal uute masinate kasutuselevõtuga tekkinud probleemid ja tootmisplatvormi muudatused.

      Ettevõtte tegevust mõjutavad peamised riskid on nõudluse võimalik vähenemine Skandinaavia turgudel, energiahindade muutused, tööjõukulude kasv ning üldine majanduskeskkonna ebakindlus. Ettevõte ei kasuta võõrfinantseerimist, mistõttu puudub intressimäära risk.

      Ettevõte ootab 2026. aastaks stabiilset majanduskeskkonda, kuigi Skandinaavia eratarbijate ettevaatlikkus võib piirata nõudluse kasvu.
