      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Leonidas OÜ on asutatud 17.10.2001.a. Tegevusaladeks on : infosüsteemide juurutusprojektide läbiviimine, koolituste korraldamine ( kestusega kuni 6 kuud), juriidilised- , majandus- ja finantskonsultatsioonid.

      Põhitegevusalaks on nõustamine tarkvara osas – 62021. Tarkvara juurutusprojektide juhtimist, konsultatsiooni – ja koolitustegevust osutatakse Balti ja Skandinaavia regiooni äriettevõtetele. 2023.a. olid

      Leonidas OÜ suurimaks kliendiks ja koostööpartneriks AS Jalax ja Scanbro OÜ. 2017 aastal investeeris

      Leonidase OÜ registreerimislahendusi arendavasse ettevõttesse Scanbro OÜ ning sõlmis koostöölepingu juurutusprojektide läbiviimiseks, laiendades sellega oma tegevusvaldkondasid.

      Leonidas OÜ 2024 aasta lõpus oli ettevõtte omakapital alla minimaalse omakapitali nõude. 2025 aasta jooksul loodab Leonidas OÜ viia omakapital nõude seadusele vastavaks.

      Leonidas OÜ omab osalust sidusettevõtetes Moreorless OÜ ja Scanbro OÜ.
