      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      OÜ STS Logistic on asutatud 2001.aastal. Majandustegevust hakati teostama samal aastal ning põhitegevusalaks olid kuni 2023.aastani tolliteenuseid ja ekspediitoriteenuseid.

      OÜ STS Logistic majandustegevust iseloomustas 2022 aastal tootmismahu stabiliseerumine. Äge konkurents sellel turul tõi aruandeperioodil kaasa reaseerimismahtude vähenemise.

      Sellepärast meie eesmärgid olid: -oma turupositsiooni säilitamine; -kulutuste vähendamine ja optimeerimine.

      Selle tagajärjel olid saavutatud alljärgnevad tulemused:

      Kasum -5538 -16741 +11203

      Täiendavaid väljamakseid ja soodustusi ei ole tehtud.

      Omanikule olid välja makstud dividendid summas 0 EUR.

      Võttes arvesse äri-ja finantskeskkonna prognoose järgnevaks aastaks, on OÜ STS

      Logistic põhieesmärkideks turuosa säilitamine Eestis tasemel 5%, positsiooni tugevdamine muudel turgudel ning teenindustaseme jätkuv parandamine.

      2023 majandusaasta raamatupidamisearuande koostamisel olulisi sündmusi polnud.

      2024 majandusaasta peamine tulemus-realiseerimisest kasumi saamine.
