      Tegevusaruanne 2022

      OÜ LUCERA on 2002 aastal asutatud 100 % Eesti erakapitalil põhinev ettevõte, mille põhitegevuseks oli meditsiinitarvikute vahendamine.

      2006 aastal vähenes müügikäive kolm korda, mille põhjuseks oli aktiivse müügitöö peatamine.

      2015 aasta lõpul omandas osaühing veel 6 % ReFocus Silmakeskus OÜ aktsiaid, kokku omab OÜ Lucera 25 % eelpoolnimetatud OÜ osadest ja juhatuse liige osaleb aktiivselt nimetatud osaühingu arendustöös.

      OÜ Lucera tulevikustrateegiaks saab olema osaühingust saadava dividenditulu reinvesteerimine.
