The main activities of OÜ SeiCom are the production and sale of PVC, wooden and aluminum doors and windows, and other openings and facade solutions. Other sales revenue comes from installation work of openings, mediation, transport and sale of residual materials. The business is mainly aimed at business customers and to a lesser extent at private consumers.

In the current financial year, the company's main strategic direction was to increase sales to business customers in export markets and to increase production efficiency. To increase export sales, the company has invested significantly in product development so that the products would better meet the target market demands and invested more in marketing activities, which are specifically targeted

to Scandinavian business customers. We work closely with export advisors in Scandinavia and have mapped potential partners in the target market together. In addition, we participated in Sweden's largest construction fair NordBygg and plan to participate in Norway's largest construction fair

Bygg Reis Deg in 2023.

To achieve the performance goals, the company has recruited specialists in both the office and production. During the reporting year, the improvement of production processes continued, as a result of which the production volume in the PVC department increased by 59.7%, in the wood department by 35.5% and in the aluminum department by 13.7%. The improvement of processes and the increase in production efficiency will continue in 2023, with the focus on the aluminum department.

The sales target for 2023 is more modest, which is due to the decline in the domestic construction market in the fourth quarter of 2022. We maintain sales volumes with our main domestic customers and plan to increase sales in export markets (mainly in Scandinavian countries) by 27%.

The growth of export sales is ensured by (1) mainly long-term contracts concluded in 2021, (2) development of the existing SeiCom OÜ customer base, (3) increasing market share with existing customers, (4) new large-scale procurements in Norway, Sweden, and Finland market (5) opening of an online store

in Sweden and Denmark.

The field of activity of SeiCom OÜ is largely influenced by the construction sector - sales are divided into about 1/3 in the first half of the year and 2/3 in the second half of the year. The sale of the PVC and Aluminum product group in export markets is on a growth trend.

As of the preparation of the annual report, the company has concluded forward-looking contracts, so we can confirm our sustainability.

The main investments are related to reducing energy costs and transitioning to environmentally friendly solutions. In 2023, there are plans to expand the solar park. In 2022, we went
