      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OneMed OÜ kuulub Asker Healthcare ettevõtete gruppi, mis on juhtiv haiglatarvete ja meditsiiniseadmete edasimüüja Euroopas ja mis on võtnud prioriteediks keskkonnaalase ja sotsiaalvaldkonna edendamise kogu tarneahela ulatuses.

      OneMed OÜ peamisteks klientideks on haiglad, hooldekodud ja erinevad tervishoiuasutused.

      2024. a oli OneMed OÜ’le kokkuvõttes edukas nii hulgi- kui ka jaeäri osas. Jätkati olemasolevate riigihankelepingute täitmisega ning uutel riigihangetel pakkumisega. Seoses hooldereformiga valmistasime ette müügiteenuse hooldekodudele nende elanike individuaalsete sotsiaalkindlsutusameti kompensatsioonide alusel. Jaemüük suurenes peamiselt uneapnoe valdkonnas läbi terve aasta.

      OneMed OÜ kasutab peamiselt ettevõttesisest kapitali ja on intressimäärade muutusest mõjutatud vähesel määral. Olulisel määral mõjutavad ettevõtet valuutakursside kõikumised. Käibekapitali optimeerimine on samuti jätkuvalt fookuses.

      2024. a tasus OneMed OÜ dividende vastavalt äsja loodud emaettevõtte dividendipoliitikale.

      Vastavalt Asker Healthcare Group AB laienemisstrateegiale tegeleti ka mitme ettevõtte üleostu analüüsimise ja ettevalmistamisega: sügisest otsustati ortopeediliste implantaatide edasimüüja varade soetamise kasuks ning aasta lõpus otsustati teha pakkumine ITAK OÜ aktsiate omandamiseks.

      2025. a plaanib OneMed OÜ jätkata meditsiinitarvete ja -seadmete pakkumist nii meditsiiniasutustele kui ka lõpptarbijatele/patsientidele.

      Laiendame riigihangetel pakutavate kaupade sortimenti ning lisame uusi tooteid Tervisekassa ja Sotsiaalkindlustusameti poolt soodustatavate toodete müüginimekirja plaaniga teenindada neid tooteid vajavaid era- ja ärikliente. OneMed OÜ plaanib võimalusel laieneda ka sobivate distribuutorettevõtete soetamiste kaudu.

      Ettevõtte finantsseisundit iseloomustavad suhtarvud: 2024 2023 (müügitulu 2024-müügitulu 2023) 3,51% 9,29% Käibe kasv /müügitulu 2023*100 16,98% 22,63% Tegevustulukus puhaskasum/müügitulu*100 (puhaskasum 2024-puhkaskasum 2023) -22,31% 71,77% Kasumi kasv /puhaskasum 2023*100
