      Sissejuhatus

      Natural House Production OÜ alustas oma tegevust 2002. aastal. Aruandeaasta peamisteks tegevusaladeks olid inseneritegevused ning nendega seotud tehniline nõustamine, lisaks väikelaevade ehitus ja ühingule kuuluva kinnisvara rendile andmine. Ühing on aastate jooksul pälvinud tunnustust oma usaldusväärsuse ja kvaliteetse teenuse pakkumise poolest.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum

      Ühingu juhatuse poolt majandusaastaks planeeritud majanduseesmärgid saavutati. Kulud püsisid kontrolli all, mis võimaldas ühingul säilitada kasumlikkuse.

      Investeeringud

      Aruandeaastal ettevõtlusega seotud põhivara ei soetatud. Tulevastel perioodidel on ettevõtlusega seotud põhivara soetusi plaanis suurusjärgus 10 000-20 000 eurot. Investeeringud keskenduvad peamiselt tootlikkuse tõstmisele ja uute tehnoloogiate juurutamisele, mis aitavad säilitada konkurentsivõimet.

      Uurimis- ja Arendusprojektid

      Ühingul ei ole käimas ega plaanitud lähiaastatele olulise mahukusega teaduslikke uurimis- ega arendusprojekte, mida ei oleks kajastatud käesolevas majandusaasta aruandes. Turu trendide jälgimine toimub igapäevaselt ja uuendustega käiakse kaasas.

      Ettevõtja ei oma väljastatud garantiisid ja potentsiaalseid kohustusi, mida ei ole kajastatud antud majandusaasta aruandes. Ühing järgib konservatiivset finantspoliitikat, mis aitab minimeerida võimalikke finantsriske.
