We are a partner that provides B2B services and aims to provide insurance companies, banks, car manufacturers and large brands with fast, consistent and reliable support to their customers. We work for operational tasks so that our customers can focus on their core activities, while end-users can receive timely help and clear solutions.
Many organisations need a 24-hour response capacity, a common quality standard in several Baltic countries and a partner that reduces their daily workload. In our work, we consider it important for the services to be regular, durable and in accordance with established quality standards.
We offer solutions managed under the name of the client that combine the support of the call centre, the coordination of emergency assistance, damage management and the organisation of property inspections and assessments. Our approach is aimed at supporting customer processes and resolving the situation of the end-user quickly, without imposing any additional burden on the customer with the day-to-day management of the service.
What is different from us: consistent quality, industry experience and understanding of the region - this is confirmed by ISO 9001:2015 certificate and long-term activity since 2002 with the regional coverage provided by the Latvian subsidiary.
