      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Laverna Puhastustööde OÜ peamiseks tegevusalaks on hoonete koristamine, üldiselt puhastusteenuse osutamine. Kõrvaltegevusaladeks on puhastuskeemia ja -tarvikute, olmepaberite ja -kandurite müük ning vahetusvaipade renditeenus.

      Aruandeaastal investeeriti materiaalsesse põhivarasse 12 342 eurot.

      2023 aastal moodustus Laverna Puhastustööde OÜ müügitulu 572 257 eurot ja muud äritulud summas 1 086 eurot.

      Aruandeaastal täitsime oma püstitatud eesmärki kuna võrreldes 2022 aastaga suurenes müügitulu ca 9 %.

      Laverna Puhastustööde OÜ aruandeperiood lõppes kasumiga summas 13 519 eurot

      Kogu realisatsioon toimus Eesti Vabariigis (100 %).

      Laverna Puhastustööde OÜ keskmine töötajate arv majandusaastal oli 30 inimest, taandatuna täistööajale 18 inimest.

      Töötajate tasu üldsumma koos puhkusekohustusega ja sotsiaalmaksudega moodustas 319 308 eurot.

      Ettevõtte tegevjuhi töötasu koos puhkusekohustuse ja sotsiaalmaksudega moodustas 42 501 eurot.

      Tööandja makstud ajutise töövõimetuse haigushüvitised moodustusid summas 1 322 eurot.

      Aruande tööjõukulud kokku moodustusid summas 363 131 eurot.

      Juhatus on kindel Laverna Puhastustööde OÜ tegevuse jätkuvuses.

      Juhatus koosneb ühest liikmest, kellele aruandeaastal tasu ei ole makstud, erakordseid lepingu lõpetamise kompensatsioone ei ole ette nähtud.

      Puhasrentaablus (%) = puhaskasum/müügitulu*100

      Lühiajaliste kohustiste kattekordaja (kordades)=käibevara/lühiajalised kohustised

      ROA (%) = puhaskasum/varad kokku*100

      ROE (%) = puhaskasum/omakapital kokku*100 2024 aasta eesmärgiks on püstitatud: - puhastusteenuse täiustamise kaudu ettevõtte turupositsiooni säilitamine ja kindlustamine olemasolevatel turgudel - laiendada tegevust igapäevase koristuse osas (pikaajalised lepingud) - arendada koristusteenuste pakkumist eraklientidele - suurendada käivet 5 %
