      Sõlmitud on AS RRLLektus rendileping ruumide kasutamiseks Karmani kaubamaja esimesel korrusel. Põhitegevuseks on pizza ja hamburgeri valmistamine ja müük koheseks tarbimiseks kiirtoidukioskist EMTAKI kood 56111.

      Tööjõukulud 14 226 eurot, s.h. töötasu 10 632,sotsiaalmaks 3 594 eurot . Keskmine töötajate arv 1.
