      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Aaloe Kinnisvara OÜ põhitegevuseks on majutustegevu ning kinnisvara- ja finantsinvesteeringud.

      2024 majandusaastal tegeles ettevõte lisaks oma põhitegevusele ka aiakaupade hulgimüügiga. Peamiselt keskenduti siiski majutusteenuse pakkumisele AirBnB tüüpi korterites. Ettevõte käibeks kujunes 2024 aastal 231 tuhat eurot (2023 aastal 318 tuhat eurot). Kuigi üldine käbemaht langes, siis peamisel tegebusalal e. majutusteenuse pakkumises käibemaht kasvas. Ettevõtte kasumiks kujunes 139 tuhat eurot (2023 aastal kahjum -624 tuhat eurot).

      Aruandeperioodil maksti juhatuse liikmele tasu 10 200 eurot.

      Peamised ettevõtet iseloomustavad suhtarvud on järgmised: 2024 2023 müügitulud 231 085 318 413 investeeringute maht 1 438 567 1 360 929 omakapitalimäär 64 % 74 % 2025 aasta eesmärk on üüritulude jätkuv kasvatamine.
