Sissejuhatus

OÜ Goodmark põhitegevuseks on spordimeenete jaemüük ning graveerimisteenuste osutamine. Ettevõte tegutseb peamiselt Eesti turul, kuid müüki toimus ka teistesse Euroopa Liidu riikidesse.

Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2024. aastal moodustas OÜ Goodmark müügitulu 399 894 eurot, mis on 2,3% väiksem kui eelmisel majandusaastal (2023: 409 511 eurot).

Müügitulu vähenemine oli tagasihoidlik, kuid piisav, et mitte kompenseerida kasumlikkuse jaoks vajalikke kulusid.

Aruandeaasta lõppes siiski väikese kahjumiga -252 eurot (2023: kahjum -43 326 eurot), mis näitab, et 2023. aastal rakendatud kulude vähendamise ja töö efektiivsuse parandamise meetmed hakkasid tasapisi mõju avaldama. Aasta lõpuks oli omakapital 75 497 eurot, mis tagab ettevõtte jätkusuutlikkuse.

Kahjumi peamised põhjused: (cid:127) Müügitulu püsimine madalal tasemel – hoolimata tööprotsesside tõhusamast korraldamisest ei toimunud märgatavat käibekasvu, eriti eksportturgudel (nt müük Soome vähenes oluliselt).

(cid:127) Mitmesugused tegevuskulud jäid sarnaselt eelmisele aastale kõrgeks (2024: 80 204 eurot; 2023: 79 937 eurot).

Personal

Aruandeaastal oli OÜ Goodmarkis keskmiselt 7 töötajat (2023: 8).

(cid:127) Palgakulud olid 162 219 eurot (2023: 168 774 eurot) (cid:127) Ettevõtte juhatuse liikmetele maksti töötasuna 28 830 eurot (2023: 28 332 eurot). Juhatuse liikmetele ei ole ette nähtud lepingute lõpetamise korral hüvitisi.

Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

Ettevõtte juhatus seab 2025. aasta põhieesmärkideks: (cid:127) Müügitulu kasvatamine, keskendudes nii olemasolevate klientide hoidmisele kui ka uute klientide kaasamisele.

(cid:127) Efektiivsem varude ja kulude juhtimine, sealhulgas kulutuste optimeerimine bürookulude ja teenuste osas.

(cid:127) Uute tuluallikate leidmine, sealhulgas tootevaliku laiendamine ja eksporditurgude taasaktiveerimine.

(cid:127) Tarnetingimuste parendamine koostöös olemasolevate ja uute partneritega.
