      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Arsoona OÜ on kantud Eesti Vabariigi Äriregistrisse 26.11.2003 reg.nr. 10991138. Põhiliseks tegevusalaks on erinevate analüüside tegemine ja personalijuhtimisteenuse pakkumine.

      Müügitulu aruandeaastal oli 2267 (2023.a. 3991) eurot. 2024.majandusaasta lõpetas Arsoona OÜ 250 eurose kahjumiga (2023.a. oli kasum 3153 eurot). Arsoona OÜ juhatus on üheliikmeline: Arne Sõna – juhatuse liige. Juhatuse liige töö eest juhatuses tasu saanud ei ole.

      Peamised finantssuhtarvud: Lühiajaliste kohustuste kattekordaja (kordades) 1,35 (2024), 1,31 (2023)

      Arsoona OÜ-i arengusuunad aastaks 2025 on: Hoida olemasolevaid kliendisuhteid ja leida lisaks uusi kliente.

      Ettevõtte juhatus on teadlik, et ettevõtte omakapital on lubatust väiksem. 2025.a. algusesse planeeritud müügikäive ja kasum taastavad nõuetekohase omakapitali.
