      Sissejuhatus

      OÜ Teisend Grupp on ettevõte, mis tegeleb tõlketeenuste osutamisega ning sellega seonduvate teenustega, väiksemas mahus ka keelekoolitusega. 2023. aastal jätkus OÜ Teisend Grupp traditsioonilise äritegevuse mahtude stabiilne kasv.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2023. aastal moodustas OÜ Teisend Grupp müügitulu 116 768 eurot.

      OÜ Teisend Grupp kasumiks kujunes 2023. aastal 31 048 eurot.

      Valuutakursside ja intressimäärade muutumise risk

      Tehingud tarnijate ja klientidega toimuvad eurodes, mistõttu on valuutakursi risk madal.

      Personal 2023. aastal moodustasid ettevõtte tööjõukulud koos maksudega 11 696 eurot. Ettevõtte juhatuse liige 2023. aastal juhatuse liikme tasu ei saanud. Juhatuse liikmele temega lepingu lõpetamise korral hüvitist ei maksta.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      OÜ Teisend Grupp kavatseb jätkata järgmise majandusaasta jooksul keeleõppe valdkonna laiendamisega, vöimalusel lisades uusi meetodeid, nt. keeltelaager lisaks tavapärastele tundidele.
