      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      OÜ Teamwood on 2005.aastal asutatud ettevõte, mille peamiseks tegevusalaks on olnud saematerjali hööveldamine ja kuivatamine.

      Osaühingu peamised tegevusvaldkonnad 2023.aastal olid sae- ja küttematerjalide müük.

      2022.a. realiseeriti ligi 39% toodetud toodangust Eesti turul, 56% müüdi Euroopa Liidu ning 5% väljaspoole Euroopa Liidu riikide klientidele.

      2022.a. soetati osalus ettevttõtes J.Roots Timber OÜ (51%) ja asutati tütarettevõtted Atawood OÜ (100%) ja osaühing TeamWood (100%).

      2022.-2023.a. majandusaasta oli ettevõtte tegevusvaldkonnas väga keeruline. Seoses Vene Föderatsiooni relvajõudude agressiooniga Ukrainas tekkis Euroopa puiduturul äärmine ebakindlus, Tekkinud on segadused ja raskused nii toorme - kui toodanguturul, lisaks energiakriisist põhjustatud kõrged energiahinnad, üldine majanduse jahtumine.

      Eelnimetatud põhjustel otsustas TeeWood OÜ ettevõtte juhtkond detsembris 2022.a. lõpetada puiduhööveldamisega seotud tootmistegevus.

      Ettevõtte töötajate töölepingud anti üle OÜ Teamwood.

      2023.a. I pooles ühineti juhatuse liikmele kuuluva ettevõttega Baltikit OÜ ja Teamwood OÜ, ühendavaks ettevõtteks oli TeeWood OÜ.

      TeeWood OÜ keskendub 2024.a. puidutoodete vahendustegevusele.
