Manpower asutati 1948. aastal USA-s, laienes Euroopasse 1956. aastal ja registreeriti New Yorgi börsil (sümbol MAN) 1967. aastal ning on tänasel päeval juhtiv kõiki personalilahendusi ning seotud teenuseid pakkuv globaalne ettevõte ManpowerGroup, mille tuntumad brändid on Manpower, Talent Solutions ja

Experis. Manpower OÜ osakapital on 25 564 eurot ja omanik on 100 % ManpowerGroup OY.

Omanikeringis 2024. aasta jooksul muudatusi ei toimunud. Manpower OÜ juhatusse kuuluvad Minna-

Stina Elisabeth Korpela (regionaalne tegevjuht), Annemari Katariina Kovalainen (regionaalne personalijuht) ja Heigo Kaldra (Baltikumi piirkonna tegevjuht).
