      Ettevõte alustas tegevust 2004 aastal ja 10 aastat möödusid seejärel probleemideta. Tehti äri ja pakuti teenust (transport). 2015. aastast alates ilmnesid aga murettekitavad märgid esitamata majandusaasta aruande näol ja lõpuks jäeti üks võlausaldaja täiesti külma kätte.  2016. aastal ei esitatud ka deklaratsioone, küll aga võeti kevadel veel võlausaldajalt krediiti ligikaudu ettevõtte 2014. aasta kogukäibe väärtuses. Alates 2016. aasta aprillist pole ettevõttes toimunud mingitki äritegevust. Milleks võeti üldse krediiti, kui mingit äritegevust ega käivet sellele ei järgnenud? Hetkel on nõue endiselt üleval – suurusjärk ümmarguselt 100 000 eurot.  Siinkohal kipub jääma mulje, nagu olnuks võlausaldajale kahju tekitamine juba krediidi võtmise hetkel plaanidesse sisse kirjutatud?
