      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      OÜ Gesti Hotel on 2004. aasta augustis asutatud ettevõte, mille peamiseks tegevusalaks on kinnisvara investeeringud ning kinnisvara arendustegevus. Ettevõte kuulub Eestis registreeritud juriidilistele isikutele.

      Sisulise majandustegevusega alustas ettevõte 2005. aasta lõpus, mil sooritati esimesed ettevalmistavad tehingud sobiva kinnisvara soetamiseks. Käesolevaks hetkeks on ettevõttel soetatud 2 kinnistut Narvas, kuhu rajatakse korterelamud. Kinnistud soetati omanike poolt firmasse paigutatud täiendava kapitali arvelt ning kummalegi kinnistule pole 2020. aasta lõpu seisuga hüpoteeke panga kasuks seatud.

      Aruandeperioodil ei töötanud ettevõttes ühtegi palgalist töötajat. Juhatuse liikmele ei arvestatud ega makstud töötasu ega muid soodustusi.

      Järgnevateks aastateks ei plaani ettevõte olulisi muudatusi oma tegevusvaldkondades. Samas tõdeb ettevõtte juhtkond, et tulenevalt üldisest majanduslikust olukorrast ning hetkeseisust Eesti kinnisvaraturul, muutub projektide realiseerimisperiood pikemaks, mis omakorda võib tingida ka kasumlikkuse vähenemise.
