      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Heiki Bussid asutati 2004. aastal.

      Põhitegevusalaks oli lõppenud majandusaastal reisijateveo teenuste osutamine nii Eestis kui välismaal.

      Kõrvaltegevusalaks on autoremonditööd, mille käive oli 2024.aastal 1024 eurot. Kõrvaltegevusala töömaht on marginaalne,sest põhitööst tulenevale busside hooldusele kulub aeg ja ruumide kasutus ning kvalifitseeritud tööjõu puudumisel remonditööde alal, ei ole seni olnud võimalik kõrvalharu mahtu suurendada.

      Ettevõtte üldine eesmärk 2024. aastaks oli olemasolevate turupositsioonide kindlustamine.

      Lepingud õpilaste veoks andisid transpordi teenuste stabiilse jaotumise läbi aasta.

      Transpordi teenuse arengut pärsib tööjõu nappus ja tihe konkurents.

      2021.aastal oli müügitulu 135 405 eurot, 2019.aastal oli müügitulu 178 853 eurot, 2020.aastal oli müügitulu 151 122 eurot, 2022.aastal oli müügitulu 197 772 eurot, 2023.aastal oli müügitulu 168 448 eurot.

      2024.aastal oli müügitulu põhitegevusest 156 987 eurot. Ettevõtte tegevuskasum 11 930 eurot.

      Ettevõte on soetanud järjepidevalt uusi busse, et jätkusuutlikult tegutseda.

      2024.aasta lõpuks ei olnud ettevõttel liisingut ega muid kohustusi pankade ees.

      Arveldused klientide ja tarnijatega toimuvad eurodes, mistõttu valuutakursi risk on madal.

      OÜ Heiki Bussid keskmine töötajate arv aruandeaastal oli 3.

      OÜ Heiki Bussid juhataja töötasu oli 8 573 eurot.

      OÜ Heiki Bussid juhatuse liikmele ei maksta juhatuse liikme tasu.

      Aastaaruande koostamisperioodile eelnenud 01.01.2025 –04.02.2025 olnud juhtkonna hinnangul oluliselt majandustegevust takistavaid asjaolusid.
