      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Eurohelp OÜ on loodud 2004. aastal ning ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on õigusabi osutamine (EMTAK-i kood 69102).

      Käive kahanes 2023. aastal 19 214 euro võrra (2023. aastal 43 621 eurot ja 2022. aastal 62 835 eurot), kasum kahanes võrreldes 2022. aastaga 11 128 euro võrra ning ettevõte lõpetas majandusaasta 12 327 euro suuruse kahjumiga (2022. aastal kahjum 1199 eurot). 2023 aasta peamisteks tegevusaladeks olid õigusabi osutamine ning ärialane nõustamine peamiselt riigihangete valdkonnas, lisaks IT tugiteenus ja koolitus.

      2023. aastal investeeriti uude masinasse-seadmesse, 2024 aastal suuremaid investeeringuid plaanis pole. 2024. aastal on plaanis jätkata õigusabi teenuste osutamisega, leida uusi koostöövõimalusi, suurendada koolituste mahtu.

      Osaühingus on üheliikmeline juhatus, juhatuse liikmele 2023. aastal tasu ei makstud.
