      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Publicon tegutseb peamiselt kahes valdkonnas: konverentside ja ürituste korraldamine ning turundusteenuse pakkumine. Mõlemas valdkonnas pakub ettevõte täisteenust.

      Alates 2006.-st aastast pakub OÜ Publicon konverentside ja ürituste korraldusteenust. Publicon Konverentsid pakub konverentsikorralduse täisteenust või selle üksikosasid vastavalt kliendi vajadustele, sh: PCO täisteenus, konverentsi eelarvestus, sponsorsuhted, sotsiaalprogrammid, meediasuhtlus, DMC-teenus. Aastast 2021 on Publicon liitunud rahvusvaheliselt tunnustatud programmiga Endorser, mille alusel rakendab keskkonnasäästlikuse ja jätkusuutlikkuse põhimõtteid.

      OÜ Publicon tegeleb turundusjuhtimise ja turunduskommunikatsiooni teenuse pakkumisega nii ettevõtetele kui ka esimese ja kolmanda sektori institutsioonidele. Kitsamalt on peamisteks turundusteenuste valdkondadeks turunduse strateegiline planeerimine, uuringud, tegevuskavad, turundusürituste korraldamine, messiturundus, reklaamikampaaniate läbiviimine ning erinevate edustusmaterjalide valmistamine.

      Ettevõttel on 18 tegutsemisaasta jooksul välja kujunenud hankijate võrgustik erinevate tööde teostamiseks.

      Aruandeaastal tegutses ettevõte konverentside ja ürituste korraldamise ning turundusteenuse pakkumise valdkondades. Järgmisel aastal plaanib ettevõte nimetatud valdkondades teenust edasi pakkuda. Ettevõtte ärinimeks ja teenusmärgiks on alates aastast 2014 Publicon.

      Aruandeaasta müügitulu oli 863 047 eurot (eelmisel aastal 935 340 eurot).

      Ettevõttes töötas põhikohaga keskmiselt 5 inimest. Lisaks palgati vastavalt vajadusele töötajaid ka töövõtulepingutega.

      Töötasu arvestati 135 717 eurot.

      Ettevõtte juhatusse kuulub kaks liiget. Juhatuse liikmetele arvestati aruandeaastal töötasu 21 780 eurot.

      Aruandeaastal sai ettevõte sihtotstarbelist toetust rahvusvaheliste teaduskonverentside korraldamiseks eesmärgiga Eestit atraktiivse turismisihtkohana tutvustada.
