We believe that technology must serve a person, not against. We provide clear and practical support to both computer users at home and small and medium-sized enterprises, so that daily work equipment works reliably and causes fewer interruptions.
Many face the need for slow or damaged equipment, malware, unreliable printing or vague cloud services. These problems affect workability and cause unexpected costs; we see an opportunity to reduce these risks and streamline work.
We offer repairs and maintenance of equipment and more permanent IT support to business customers, including assistance with cloud-based accounts and supplies, web solutions and printer management. We also help with temporary solutions and the removal of responsible equipment, so that customers can quickly restore and develop their working environment.
We differ by combining the roles of a repairer and a business customer service partner: we are able to respond locally, support remote communication, provide contractual maintenance and organise the deployment and re-use of equipment. Our goal is to reduce stoppages, extend the lifetime of equipment and make IT less worrisome every day.
