      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Osaühingu OTTILIA OÜ (edaspidi Ottilia OÜ) põhitegevusalaks on kodumajutusteenus.

      Tegevusaasta tulemus osutus mitterahuldavaks.

      Ottilia OÜ juhatuses on üks liige, kellele 2021.a. töötasu ei makstud. Muid töötajaid Ottilia OÜ-l ei ole.

      2024. aastal on plaanis jätkata põhikirjalisi tegevusharusid.

      Asjaolu, et ettevõtte netovara on langenud alla seaduses sätestatud miinimumi, ei tekita juhatuse hinnangul kahtlust ettevõtte suutlikkuses jätkata jätkuvalt tegutsevana ega too kaasa vajadust ettevõtte äritegevuse lõpetamiseks. Juhatuse hinnangul on ettevõte suutlik täitma oma jooksvaid kohustusi võlausaldajate ees. Kui käesoleva majandusaasta lõppedes ei ole ettevõtte äritegevuse tulemusena netovara nõue siiski täidetud, otsustab osanik netovara taastamiseks vajalike meetmete rakendamise, lähtudes Äriseadustikus § 176 sätestatud kohustusest.
