      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Borealis Eesti OÜ on 100% Eesti kapitalil põhinev ettevõte, mille põhitegevuseks on massaažiteenuste pakkumine ettevõtetele ja avalikes kohtades, sh massaažitoolide rent ja müük ning kaardimaksega töötavate seadmete käitamine.

      Äritegevuse areng 1. aastal viis ettevõte läbi äritegevuse restruktureerimise ja keskendus uute ärisuundade arendamisele, mille tulemusel kasvas oluliselt teenuste osakaal kogukäibes. See strateegiline suunamuutus lõi aluse stabiilsemale ja kasumlikumale ärimudelile, mis kandus positiivselt üle ka 2025.

      aasta tulemustesse.

      2. majandusaastal mõjutas ettevõtte tegevusmahtusid jätkuvalt ettevaatlik tarbimiskeskkond, mis avaldus eelkõige jaemüügi segmendis, samal ajal kui korduvtulu teenivad ärisuunad näitasid vastupidavust. Ettevõtte 2025. aasta müügitulu oli 1 280 100 eurot (2024. aastal 1 342 026 eurot), mis tähendab 4,6% langust võrreldes eelmise aastaga. Vaatamata käibe langusele kasvas ettevõtte kasumlikkus: 2025. aasta puhaskasum oli 102 289 eurot, ületades 2024. aasta tulemust (90 667 eurot) 12,8% võrra. See näitab edukat kulude juhtimist ja kõrgema marginaaliga teenuste osakaalu kasvu kogukäibes.

      Finantsseisund

      Seisuga 31.12.2025 oli ettevõtte omakapital 1 066 141 eurot (31.12.2024: 990 852 eurot), kasvades aastaga 7,6%. Omakapitali osakaal bilansimahust on 86,6%, mis viitab tugevale ja konservatiivsele kapitalistruktuurile ning madalale finantsvõimendusele. Ettevõtte käibevarad (804 669 eurot) ületavad lühiajalised kohustised (150 792 eurot) enam kui viiekordselt, mis tagab hea likviidsuse ja maksevõime lühiajaliste kohustuste täitmiseks. Ettevõtte koguvarad kasvasid aastaga 1 171 581 eurolt 1 230 549 euroni.

      Tööjõud 31.12.2025 seisuga töötas ettevõttes 10 töötajat (2024: 11). 2025. majandusaasta tööjõukulud koos sotsiaalmaksuga moodustasid kokku 310 063 eurot (2024: 320 835 eurot). Juhatuse liikmetele tasusid ei makstud.

      Väljavaated 2026. aastaks 1. aastal on Borealis Eesti OÜ peamine eesmärk jätkata teenuste kvaliteedi arendamist ja tugevdada kliendikoostööd. Selleks jätkab ettevõte investeeringuid teenuste arendamisse ja uute põhivarade soetamisse, säilitades samal ajal tugeva kapitalistruktuuri ja konservatiivse finantsjuhtimise põhimõtted.
