      OÜ AMK Grupp asutati 2005 aastal ja kanti Äriregistrisse 22.04.2005. Ettevõtte põhitegevusala aruandeaastal oli kaubavedu maanteel (EMTAK 49411).

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2024 aastal oli OÜ AMK Grupp müügitulu 701 851 eurot (2023: 625 422 eurot), suurendedes 12% (2023: suurendedes 14%). 100% müügitulust saadi EL-sisesest kaubaveo teenusest Eesti ettevõtjatele.

      Ettevõtte 2024 aasta tulemuseks jäi kasum 100 628 eurot (2023: 52379 eurot).

      Valuutakursside ja intressimäärade muutumise risk

      Tehingud tarnijate ja klientidega toimusid põhiliselt eurodes, mistõttu valuutakursi riskid olid minimaalsed.

      Investeeringud

      Aruandeaastal investeeriti põhivarasse 226 150 eurot (2023: 267 191 eurot).

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks 2025 aastal jätkatakse ettevõttes sama majandustegevusega.
