      INTERSTUDIO OÜ majandustegevus 2023. aastal jätkus siseviimistlusmaterjalide- ja fassaadikatete valdavalt projektimüügi suunal. Äriühingu müügitulu aruandeaastal oli 2,60 milj. eurot, mis on 10% madalam, kui eelneval majandusaastal. Müüki teostati nii Eestis kui ka välismaal.

      Kinnisvaraturul valitsev ebakindel keskkond ja kõrge inflatsioon mängisid olulist rolli maj.aasta kahjumi tekkimisele.

      Tulenevalt projektimüügi eripärast, on meie ärile iseloomulik tugev seosoonsus ning tulemi kõikumine aasta I või II osas, sõltuvalt projektide realiseerumisest ning mis hetkel saavutame nö.mastaabiefekti. 23’aastal plaaneeritud projektidest mitmed realiseerusid 24’ aasta esimeses pooles.

      Müügitulu langedes reageerisime operatiivselt ja olime sunnitud ka koondama, et vähendada tegevuskulusid, mille efekt avaldub suuremas pildis käesoleval aastal.

      Aruande esitamise hetkeks oleme saavutanud taas oma stabiilsuse müügitulus ja taastanud omakapitali endise mahu, mis vastab 23’ aasta algusele.

      Juhtkonna hinnangul on äriühing jätkuvalt tegutsev majandusüksus, mille kasvukõver on perspektiivne.
