      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Sissejuhatus 2024. aastal OÜ RTO Baltic ettevõte põhitegevuseks oli tikkimiskomplektide tootmine.

      Samuti jätkas 2024. aastal oma traditsiooniliste äritegevustega, milleks on käsitöökaupade hulgimüük ja jaemüük.

      OÜ RTO Baltic ei ole välisriigis registreeritud filiaale.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2024. aastal moodustas OÜ RTO Baltic müügitulu 733 535 eurot.

      OÜ RTO Baltic müügitulust moodustas 16,8% müük Eestisse, 38,4%- EL ja 44,8%- eksport.

      OÜ RTO Baltic aruandeperioodil kahjum oli 154 974 eurot.

      Investeeringud

      Aruandeperioodil materiaalsesse põhivarasse investeeringuid ei tehtud.

      Personal

      OÜ RTO Baltic keskmine töötajate arv majandusaasta jooksul oli 16 töötajat ja palgakulu kokku moodustas 312 441 eurot.

      Kuna majanduskeskkond Euroopas ja maailmas on halvenenud ning meie tooted ei ole esmatarbekaubad, langes müük ja ettevõte lõpetas aasta kahjumiga.

      Järgmisel majandusaastal seab OÜ RTO Baltic ettevõte eesmärgiks oma turupositsiooni säilitamise ja tugevdamise olemasolevatel sihtturgudel, keskendudes toodete kvaliteedi arendamisele ning tootevaliku laiendamisele.

      Juhatus kinnitab, et ettevõte on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
