      1) Ülevaade ettevõtte tegevusest,

      OÜ Saare Artek asutati üldkoosoleku otsusega 25.05.2005.a.

      OÜ Saare Artek muutmiskanne kinnitatud 14.02.2008.a.

      2) Finantsseisundi hindamiseks olulised asjaolud, 2024 aasta majandustegevuse tulemuseks kujunes kasum summas 1 663 eurot (2023: kasum 17 010 eurot).

      Aruandeaastal saadi müügitulu 255 618 eurot (2023: 234 587 eurot).

      3) Järgneva aasta plaanid, 2025 aastal jätkatakse ettevõttes sama majandustegevusega.
