      1) Ülevaade ettevõtte tegevusest,

      OÜ Saare Artek asutati üldkoosoleku otsusega 25.05.2005.a.

      OÜ Saare Artek muutmiskanne kinnitatud 14.02.2008.a.

      2) Finantsseisundi hindamiseks olulised asjaolud, 2023 aasta majandustegevuse tulemuseks kujunes kasum summas 17 010 eurot (2022: kasum 16 755 eurot).

      Aruandeaastal saadi müügitulu 234 587 eurot (2022: 231 662 eurot).

      3) Järgneva aasta plaanid, 2024 aastal jätkatakse ettevõttes sama majandustegevusega.
