      Majandusaasta lõpu seisuga oli ettevõtte omakapital 65 eurot, mis on väiksem kui pool osakapitalist ega vasta äriseadustikus sätestatud nõuetele

      Juhatus on hinnanud ettevõtte majanduslikku olukorda ning otsustanud aktiivset majandustegevust mitte jätkata. Ettevõtte tuleviku osas kaalutakse tegevuse lõpetamisega seotud edasisi samme.
