      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Bomans Eesti OÜ alustas tegevust 30.05.2005. aastal. Põhitegevusalaks oli kavandatud metallitöötlus ja metallpindade katmine teenustööna elektroonikatööstusele. Aastal 2005 alustati tootmisruumide väljaehitamisega ning infrastruktuuri loomisega tootmistegevuse alustamiseks.

      Galvaniseerimistöödeks taotleti luba Saue Vallavalitsusest. Aastal 2006 Saue Vallavalitsus luba ei väljastanud, viidates keskkonnaohule.

      Kuna galvaniseerimistööde alustamiseks luba viibis, kaotas Bomans Eesti OÜ olulised teenuse tellijad.

      Aastal 2007 tegutseti uue põhitegevuse alustamise suunas. Toimusid läbirääkimised kinnisvara soetamiseks. 2007 aasta lõpus valmis uus äriplaan, mille kohaselt soetati 2008. aasta alguses kinnisvara ning asuti tegutsema kinnisvara rendileandjana.

      2023. aastal jätkati tegevust kinnisvara rendileandjana.

      Bomans Eesti OÜ jätkab tegevust samal alal.

      Ettevõtte netovara ei vasta seaduses toodud nõuetele. Netovara viiakse seadusega kooskõlla järgmiste majandusaastate tulemi arvelt.
