      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Osaühing Unielco alustas oma tegevust 22.06.2005.aastal. Põhiliseks tegevusalaks on elektritööd : elektrijuhtmete -ja seadmete paigaldus, tulekahjualarmide, nõrkvooluseadmete paigaldus, telekommunikatsiooni- ja arvutivõrgu paigaldus ja vastava projektdokumentatsiooni vormistamine.

      Arvestades süvenevat majanduskriisi ja suuremat inflatsiooni oli 2024 aasta ehitusturul väga keeruline. Aasta algus tõi väga vähe tellimusi ja needki väikesemahulised, põhiliselt kaabeldus-ja elektritööd eramute ehtusel- ja renoveerimisel. Sellistel objektidel on probleemiks tööde järjepidevus ja raha laekumine. Alates mai kuust olukord veidi stabiliseerus, töösse tulid suuremad objektid: Metek OÜ-s ja Kikkoman OÜ-s. See andis võimaluse arvestada ka töödega kaetuse aasta lõpuni. Kuna tellijate võlg 2023.a. lõpus oli 53160.-eurot ja need ka poolaasta jooksul laekusid, siis tasumistega ja maksudega probleeme ei olnud. Samas kallinesid ehitusmaterjalide hinnad ja suurenev inflatsioon nõudis ka palkade korrigeerimist. Sügikuudel oli märgata müügitulu vähenemist, mis tegi ettevaatlikuks.

      Osaühing Unielco müügitulu 2024 aastal oli 176975.- eurot, käive vähenes
