      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Osaühing Unielco alustas oma tegevust 22.06.2005.aastal. Põhiliseks tegevusalaks on elektritööd, elektrijuhtmete -ja seadmete paigaldus, tulekahjualarmide, nõrkvooluseadmete paigaldus, telekommunikatsiooni- ja arvutivõrgu paigaldus ja vastava projektdokumentatsiooni vormistamine.

      Tellija: Vormsi Ehitusmeistrid OÜ 21578.- 2023.a. oli osaühing Unielco jaoks töörohke. Kuigi olime kindlustatud objektidega, siis takistas külm talv ehitustegevuse alustamisega. Märtsis saime jätkata tööd Tiskre Ehituse OÜ kortermajade ehitusel Tiskre elamurajoonis, mis moodustas 82,1 % aastakäibest. Ka sügisperiood oli töödega kaetud. Samas kallinesid ehitusmaterjalide hinnad, kiirenev inflatsioon nõudis ka töötajate palkade korrigeerimist, selleks et püsida tööjõu turul. Aasta lõpus oli juba märgata ehitusturu jahenemist, kõrge inflatsioon ja sisendhindade kiire kasv on oluliselt kahandanud nõudlust uute elamispindade ehituse osas. Probleeme oli valminud objektide eest raha laekumisega, aasta lõpul oli tellijate võlgnevus meile 44143.- eurot.

      2024.a. alguse turg on muutunud ettevaatlikuks ja uute arenduste alustamisse suhtutakse varasemast konservatiivsemalt, vähenenud on tellimused eramuehituses.

      Osaühing Unielco müügitulu 2023 aastal oli 257297.- eurot, käive vähenes
