      Üldine informatsioon 2024 aastal oli Splendeo OÜ põhitegevusalaks majutusteenuste osutamine.

      Tulud 2024 aasta müügitulu oli 77,5 tuhat eurot, selle moodustas tulu majutusteenuse osutamisest.

      Investeerimine

      Aruandeperioodil investeeringud põhivara soetuseks ei tehtud. Aruandeperioodil mindi kinnisvarainvesteeringute kajastamisel üle õiglase väärtuse meetodile.
