      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      CLTEST OÜ 2024. aasta põhitegevusalaks oli puittoodete tootmine, täpsemalt CLT ehk ristkihtliimpuidu tootmine.

      2024. aasta müügitulu oli 3 040 091 eurot, millest 87,33 % moodustas siseriiklik tegevus ning 11,67 % kaupade eksport. Ekporditi Austriasse,

      Belgiasse, Soome, Rootsi, Hollandisse, Poola, Iirimaale, Lätti, Araabia Ühendemiraatidesse ja Suurbritanniasse, nveitsi ja Moldovasse.

      Aruandeperioodi majandustulemuseks kujunes kasum summas 5 361 eurot.

      2024. aastal CLTEST OÜ tootmismaht püsis ootuspärases mahus ning läbi parenduste ja investeeringute on planeeritud märgatav tootmismahu kasv ka järgmisel ehk 2025. aastal.

      CLTEST OÜ omab häid toormekanaleid ja laia kontaktibaasi, mistõttu ei sõltu liialt ühest regioonist ega riigist. Riskide maandamiseks on sõlmitud olemasolevate ja uute toorme tarnijatega aegsasti ning mõistlikel tingimustel ostulepingud, kindlustamaks optimaalne laoseis ning konkurentsivõimelise hinnaga toore.

      2024. aastal CLTEST OÜ klientide arv kasvas. Lisaks käivad aktiivselt läbirääkimised kliendibaasi suurendamiseks nii siseriiklikult kui ka ekspordi suunal. Eesmärk on suurendada stabiilsete mahtude ja pikema vaatega müügilepingute osakaalu.

      Järgnevatel aastatel on tegevustes põhirõhk suunatud investeeringute planeerimisele ning elluviimisele, tootmisvõimsuse suurendamisele ja jätkusuutliku ärimudeli arendamisele.
