Klick Eesti AS is one of the largest retail companies offering various digital products. The company's 116 employees serve customers in 21 stores and online stores across Estonia. The company served over 2 million customers in 2022. The company's goal is to be close to each of its customers and offer them the best service and product. Our selection includes various digital products - primarily a very wide range of computers, phones and many different accessories, scooters and small and large household appliances. All well-known brands such as Apple, HP, Lenova, Samsung, Xiaomi, JVC, Inokim, Realme etc. are represented. We continue to want to offer our customers high-quality and high-level customer service in both the physical store and the online store, while being a valued employer for our employees. We are always close to the customer - both in terms of physical coverage and online service. We want to be the first choice for customers when buying digital products.
Overview of 2022
The company's 2022 is characterized primarily by changes - how to cope with rapidly rising inflation and rising costs. The COVID -19 crisis is over and it was necessary to get used to the new economic situation. From the second half of 2022, inflation in Estonia started to rise very quickly, which affected purchasing power and consumer confidence. Real household incomes decreased mainly due to rising food prices and home loans. The keyword was wage pressure - how to retain and motivate the existing employee.
The company acquired ORDI OÜ at the end of 2022. As of 31.12.2022, the group structure was as follows:
