Toci OÜ was established and started its economic activity in 2006.

In 2022, Toci OÜ's turnover was 6.36 million euros. The company's balance sheet total at the end of 2022 was 2.56 million euros.

The company continued in 2022 with the same main activity as before, which is „Manufacture of other metal structures and parts thereof“ EMTAK code 25119 (EMTAK 2008).

The production consists of various mainly mechanical engineering products (agricultural and forestry machinery parts, industrial equipment, superstructures of special-purpose vehicles, defense industry solutions), laser cutting and CNC turning service. Compared to previous periods, significantly more investment has been made in the development of own products. In 2022, a new product series of field hospital stainless steel interior was developed and produced, which was put into use by the Republic of Estonia

in the field hospital set delivered to Ukraine. The first version of the integrated container leg solution was completed in product development and several new product developments were started, which will continue in 2023.

The company's planned action plan and economic results for 2022 were significantly affected by the military conflict in Ukraine that began on 24.02.22. The price of raw materials (especially carbon steel) rose significantly and availability decreased. As Toci OÜ does not have long-term binding sales contracts, there is no direct loss from the increase in input prices. However, the resulting increase in sales prices led to the suspension of several orders or the customer's abandonment of purchases. As of the confirmation of the report, there has been no significant decrease in total sales, but there has been a decline in, for example, the volume of laser cutting services, which is directly dependent on the general supply chains of the machine building and construction sector.

By the time the report was confirmed, there had been a fairly significant downward price correction, which gives hope that the sector's operation will return close to the pre-war situation.

One major update took place in the production machinery park when one of the three laser cutting machines in use was replaced with a newer and more capable device.

Due to the increase in the volume of product development and design work, an additional modeling software platform SolidWorks has been put into use in addition to the existing one.

The company has implemented the production management software Produxio, the implementation of which is planned to be completed in 2023.

In the 2023 financial year, it is planned to increase production capacity and expand technical capabilities by investing in new and additional equipment, the most important of which are a 4 m bending press, a fiber laser cutting machine and a CNC machining center.

As of 01.11.2021, the company joined the ”EAS Enterprise Development Program”, the aim of which is to support the company's long-term thoughtful development, better planning of activities, implementation of innovation and especially product development. The activities planned for 2022 within the framework of the Development Program were mostly implemented. The program activities will be completed in the next financial year.

At the end of the financial year, a significant change took place in the company's structure when the board member and CEO, Priit Solovjev, was recalled. The board and management continued with two members (the current board members Sven Suurväli and Jaanus Sokk continued).

Due to the company's merger process (Toci OÜ is the merging company and TCISPV OÜ is the merged company), the company's ownership structure has changed, instead of the previous sole owner (TCISPV OÜ), as of 2022 the company has three equal owners: OÜ RANFORD INVEST, OÜ RESULTARE and SUUR

OÜ 2022 operating volume and turnover exceeded the forecasts made at the beginning of the year by about 6%. The main goal for 2023 is to complete the started product developments, which are a prerequisite for the growth of turnover and profit in the longer term from 2024 onwards.
