      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Folialis tegutseb alates 21. aprillist 2006.

      Põhilisteks töödeks on infotahvlite ja stendide kujundamine, valmistamine ja paigaldamine Eesti kaitsealadele, omavalitsustele ja mitmesugustele organisatsioonidele. Töö sisaldab nii kaartide kujundamist kui ka tekstide koostamist. Sõltuvalt stendi materjali valikust tuleb lisaks teha nii puidu- kui ka metallitööd.

      Teiseks suureks töölõiguks on loodusekspositsioonide kujundamine ja valmistamine. Ala nõuab spetsiifilisi teadmisi ning ruumikujundusoskust. Ekspositsiooniruum sisustatakse tavaliselt klaasvitriinide, infostendide, mööbli ning sobiva valgustuse ja elektroonikaga (heli- ja valgusefektid). Ekspositsioonid hõlmavad ka multimeedialahendusi arvutil või eraldi sedmetena.

      Kolmandaks peamiseks tegevusalaks on turismialaste ning populaaarteaduslike trükiste koostamine, kujundamine ja trükiks ettevalmistamine.

      Foto- ja videotööd on osa kõigist eelnimetatud projektidest.

      OÜ Folialis 2024. aasta müügitulu oli 19 643 (2023.a. - 24 405) eurot. Majandusaasta lõppes kasumiga summas 3 363 (2023.a.- 1 355) eurot.

      2025.a. lõpuks loodetakse taastada omakapitali vastavus nõuetele.

      Osaühingu juhatus koosnes ühest liikmest, kellele tasu juhatuse liikmeks olemise eest ei makstud, kuid arvestati töötasu summas 7 825 (2023.a.

      - 8 725) eurot

      OÜ Folialis põhieesmärgiks 2024. a majandusaastal on turupositsiooni säilitamine ja kindlustamine.
