      2023. aastal jätkas Osaühing ehitusteenuse pakkumist (EMTAK kood 4120 - elamute ja mitteeluhoonete ehitus). Põhiliselt keskenduti fassaadi- ja hüdroisolatsioonitöödele.

      2024. aastal plaanitakse jätkata ehitusteenuse pakkumisega.
