      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      OSAÜHING ALESINVEST asutati 2006.a. Firma põhitegevuseks on kinnisvarabüroode tegevus (EMTAK 68311) läbi veebiportaali www.alesinvest.com 2023. aasta põhiliseks suunaks oli kinnisvarabüroo arendamine ning uue suunaga tegelemine - troppiliste maade kinnisvara müük. 2024. aastal on plaanis seda jätkata. Osaühingu juhatus on kolme liikmeline.

      2023. aastal moodustas OSAÜHING ALESINVEST müügitulu 60 118 eurot. Aruandeaasta on lõpetatud kahjumiga 12 511 eurot. See on tingitud sellega, et 2023 aastal ettevõtte tegutses peamiselt arenguga.

      Juhtkonna hinnangul on OSAÜHING ALESINVEST jätkuvalt tegutsev ettevõte.

      Meie eesmärgiks 2024.aastal on suurendada müüki ja viia ettevõtte kasumisse ning reageerida kiiresti turu muutustele.

      Geopoliitiline mõju 24. veebruaril 2022 alanud sõda Ukrainas on tekitanud ebakindlust ja edasiste oluliste häirete võimalikkust Euroopa ja maailma majandusele.

      Kuidas täpselt edasised arengud mõjutavad, me täna ei tea. Küll aga teame, et OSAÜHING ALESINVEST on tugev ettevõte, meil on hästi toimiv meeskond ja me saame hakkama.

      COVID-19 piirangute leevendamine

      Järjest enam leevendatakse ja tühistatakse piiranguid reisimisele ning turismile. Me ootame globaalse turismisektori asümmeetriliseks taastumist. Selle otsene mõju aitab kaasa majutusasutuste tellimuste kasvule ja mõjub ettevõttele positiivselt.

      Majanduslikud mõjud

      Hetkel suuremad mõjud on inflatsiooni kõrge tase ning keskpanga intresside eeldatav tõstmine, mis võib ohustada üldist majanduskasvu.

      Valuutarisk

      Arveldus käib suuremas osas eurodes.Tulenevalt eeltoodust on juhtkond seisukohal, et OSAÜHING ALESINVEST ei ole olulises osas valuutariskidele avatud ja seetõttu ei ole ettevõttel kasutatud eraldi instrumente valuutariskide maandamiseks.

      Börsikursside muutumisega seonduvaid risk

      Majandusaastal ja aruande koostamise perioodil ei ole OSAÜHING ALESINVEST osalenud börsil ning välispartneritega arveldanud eurodes, seetõttu ei ole ilmnenud börsikursside muutumisega seonduvaid riske.
