      ALESINVEST OÜ tegevusaruanne 2025. aasta kohta 1. aastal jätkas ALESINVEST OÜ tegevust kinnisvarainvesteeringute ja seotud konsultatsiooniteenuste valdkonnas.

      Ettevõtte müügitulu oli 2025. aastal 87 189 eurot, võrreldes 42 204 euroga 2024. aastal. Müügitulu suurenes võrreldes eelmise aastaga üle kahe korra. Samal ajal kujunes ettevõtte aruandeaasta tulemuseks 3 254 euro suurune kahjum.

      1. aasta lõpu seisuga olid ettevõtte varad kokku 54 402 eurot ning omakapital 2 544 eurot. Raha ja pangakontode jääk moodustas 6 914 eurot.

      Ettevõte jätkab tegevust ning juhtkonna hinnangul puuduvad asjaolud, mis seaksid kahtluse alla ettevõtte võime jätkata tegutseva ettevõttena.

      1. aastal on ettevõtte eesmärk jätkata põhitegevuse arendamist, suurendada müügitulu ning parandada kasumlikkust.

      Juhatuses olid aruandeaastal Marina Kattai, Veera Tšižova ja Alina Arro. Vastavalt äriregistri andmetele võib ettevõtet esindada iga juhatuse liige iseseisvalt.
