      Osaühing Avemat Eesti OÜ asutati 01.08.2006.a. ja kanti registrisse 07.08.2006.a.

      2012 aasta 11. juunist kuulub äriühing OY Spectrum Investments Ltd kontserni. Jätkuvalt valmistatakse allhanke korras metalltooteid Soome firmadele. Ettevõte ei planeeri lähitulevikus investeeringuid samuti ka uurimis- ja arendustegevuse projekte. Ettevõtte majandustegevus ei ole hooajaline ja tema tegevusega ei kaasne olulisi keskkonna- ja sotsiaalseid mõjusid. 2017 juurutati kvaliteedijuhtimise süsteem ISO 9001.2015.

      Olulisi tegevusvaldkonna muudatusi võrreldes 2023 aastaga toimunud ei ole. Prognoos 2024 aasta kohta arvestades juba olemasolevaid tellimusi tõotab kujuneda suuremaks võrreldes aruandeaasta müügituluga.
