      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Saviukumaja OÜ põhitegevusalaks on savi- ja lubjabaasil looduslike viimistlusmaterjalide arendamine, tootmine ja müük UKU kaubamärgi all. Ettevõtte tootevalikusse kuuluvad peamiselt looduslikud siseviimistlusmaterjalid, sh savi- ja lubikrohvid, värvid ning pahtlid, lisaks pakutakse väiksemas mahus koolitusi ja tehnilist tuge toodete paigaldamise valdkonnas.

      2025. aastal jätkus ettevõtte tegevuse kasv nii Eestis kui ka välisturgudel. Aruandeaasta müügitulu oli 1 073 830 eurot ning majandusaasta kasumiks kujunes 201 633 eurot. Võrreldes eelneva aastaga suurenes müügitulu märkimisväärselt ehk 58%, kusjuures olulist rolli kasvus mängis ekspordimahtude ja välisturgude osakaalu järk-järguline suurenemine. Aruandeaastal oli ettevõttes keskmiselt 8 täistööajaga töötajat ning tööjõukulud kokku moodustasid 221 828 eurot.

      Järgneval majandusaastal on Saviukumaja OÜ eesmärk jätkata samal tegevusalal, tugevdada UKU kaubamärgi positsiooni looduslike ja keskkonnasõbralike viimistlusmaterjalide tootjana ning kasvatada müüki eelkõige eksporditurgudel ja professionaalses

      B2B-segmendis. Fookuses on koostöö arendamine arhitektide, edasimüüjate, ehitusettevõtete ja rahvusvaheliste partneritega.

      Olulisel kohal on ka toodete kvaliteedi, dokumentatsiooni, sertifitseerituse parendamine ning tootmis- ja müügiprotsesside järjepidev arendamine. Ettevõte on jätkuvalt tegutsev ning juhtkonna hinnangul on tegevus jätkusuutlik.
